ORAL CONTRACEPTIVES ARE SAFE
Almost every women use one or other type of contraceptives to control menstrual cycles for avoiding unwanted births and the use of birth control pills, even after all debate, are not a bad idea. Moreover, they help women controlling their monthly periods and many choose to extend the period due to cramping, pain, headache and bleeding experienced during the period. And, many other simply want to skip them. The effects of periods are not a great concern unless a woman is suffering from menstrual irregularities and problems that increase during menstruation.
Many women do not realize that the periods after oral contraceptives (OCs) is not an actual period but a withdrawal from bleeding and is not important in maintaining gynecological health. No medical evidence support that a women should have withdrawal bleeding or menstrual periods. In addition, there is no health problems related with eliminating or skipping periods. Studies clearly point out that a constant use of birth control pills to handle withdrawal bleeding is harmless and effective is avoiding pregnancy. Women around the world are safely using oral contraceptives to lengthen 28-day cycle by directing the 21/28 days pack. Researches have proved that taking oral contraceptives are a feasible and attractive option for women if they want to control birth and other menstrual problems.
